FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, specifically to using ultrasound for gentle and fast heating of sample. Method for sample analysis using ultrasound transducer comprises controlling ultrasound transducer on at least two frequencies including a main frequency and at least one alternative frequency, wherein the ultrasound transducer is operated at the main frequency for generating ultrasound waves, which are subject to transmission inside sample, and on one of alternative frequencies for generating heat in ultrasound transducer due to absorption of electric capacity of ultrasound transducer, wherein heat is used for heating sample as a result of heat conductivity, generated in ultrasound transducer. System comprises at least one sample holder, at least one ultrasound transducer, configured for heat-conducting connection with sample, inserted in sample holder, and ultrasound transducer control unit, which is configured to operate at least at two frequencies and control of ultrasound transducer on main frequency and on one of alternative frequencies for heat generation in ultrasound transducer.
EFFECT: use of inventions allows to provide heating of sample without damage and in a controlled manner.
