FIELD: moving strip continuous cleaning.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an installation 1 for continuous cleaning of a moving strip S. The installation contains a container 2 and an aqueous solution 3 in the specified container 2. The installation also contains a roller 4 immersed in an aqueous solution 3, at least one means 5 for ultrasonic radiation, means for supplying 6 an aqueous solution and means 7 for emptying the container. The installation contains means 8 for assessing the level of an aqueous solution, means 9 for calculating the distance from each means 5 for emitting ultrasound to the level of an aqueous solution and means 10 for adjusting the power of at least one means 5 for emitting ultrasound and an electric drive W connecting the power control means 10 with at least one means 5 for emitting ultrasound. On one side surface of the container 2, a hermetically sealed hatch 11 is installed, through which said at least one means 5 for ultrasound radiation can pass.

EFFECT: simplification of the installation maintenance by reducing the time for replacing the ultrasound radiation means and safer replacement for the operator, the possibility of incomplete emptying of the container when replacing the radiation means determined by means of level determination and calculation means.
