FIELD: measuring equipment; electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for quality control of insulation, characterised by its breakdown voltage, and can be used in apparatus for diagnosing state of insulation of asynchronous electric motor with squirrel-cage rotor. Micro controller device for diagnostics of turn insulation of electric motor winding with function of megohmmeter contains microcontroller 1 (MC 1), voltage divider 2, controlled reference voltage source 3, first switch 4, indicator 5, DC voltage source 6, diagnosed motor winding 7, second switch 8, reference inductance 9, semiconductor diode 10 and capacitor 11. Second output of DC voltage source 6 is connected to first outputs of tested electric motor winding 7 and reference inductance 9, which second outputs are connected to second output of second key 8, which can be either in the "lower" position connecting tested winding 7, or in "upper", when reference inductance 9 and semiconductor diode 10 anode are switched on, which cathode is connected to first plate of capacitor 11. First output of second switch 8 is connected to second outputs of first switch 4 and voltage divider 2. Control terminal of first switch 4 is connected to MC 1, control input of reference voltage source 3 is connected to output of pulse-width modulator MC 1, output of reference voltage source 3 is connected to first input of analogue comparator of MC 1, second input of analogue comparator of MC 1 is connected to middle output of voltage divider 2, which first extreme lead is connected to first outputs of first switch 4 and DC voltage source 6, as well as to second plate of capacitor 11. Indicator 5 is connected to output of MC 1 appropriate port. Measured insulation resistance is connected to capacitor 11 plates.

EFFECT: broader functional capabilities of device for diagnostics of turn insulation of electric motor winding due to insulation resistance measurement, id est implementation of megohmmeter functions.
