Microprocessor-based device for diagnosing the interturn insulation of an electric motor by self-induced EMF with a megohm meter function contains microcontroller 1 including pulse width modulator (PWM) (not shown) and analog comparator (not shown), voltage divider 2, controlled reference voltage source 3, controllable switch 4, USART/USB interface converter 5, DC voltage source 6, diagnosed motor winding 7, key 8, reference inductance 9, semiconductor diode 10, capacitor 11, computer 12, resistive current combiner 13 and keyboard 14. Resistive current combiner 13 is made in the form of a set of resistors whose first terminals are inputs, and the second terminals are connected to a common point, which is the output, controllable switch 4 is made on the bipolar transistor of the n-p-n structure.
