FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: device includes microcontroller 1, voltage divider 2, controlled reference voltage source 3, controlled switch 4, indicator 5, constant voltage source 6 and inductance 7 (asynchronous motor winding). The first output of constant voltage source 6 is connected to the first output of inductance 7 the second output of which is connected to the first output of switch 4. Switch control output is connected to microcontroller 1. Control input of reference voltage source 3 is connected to output of pulse-width modulator of microcontroller 1. Output of reference voltage source 3 is connected to the first input of analogue comparator of microcontroller 1. Intermediate output of voltage divider 2 is connected to the second input of analogue comparator of microcontroller 1. One extreme output of voltage divider 2 is connected to the second output of inductance 7. The other extreme output of voltage divider 2 is connected to the second outputs of switch 4 and constant voltage source 6. Indicator 5 is connected to microcontroller.
