SUBSTANCE: active-pulse television device includes housing, one of which walls is capable of light transmission. In housing there are television camera with possibility of its connection to video display and pulse illumination control unit, which is connected to source of pulsed illumination. Additionally device comprises unit for selecting television signals synchronisation field, which input is connected to output of television camera, and output is to input of pulse illumination source control unit, which is made in form of one or more light-emitting diodes.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of quality of observed object image.
