FIELD: antenna.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to antenna technology. Device comprises two endovibrators, inner volume which is filled with a dielectric material which is radiotransparent for operating frequency range. Endovibrator has a conical part and a cylindrical part, changing at its end into a metal circular ring, orthogonally arranged to said part in horizontal plane. Radio-frequency asymmetric coaxial supply cable has a cylindrical cavity inside along entire tubular metal central wire, a supply cable sheath, electrically connected to conical part of endovibrator at bottom near top of cone. Second radio-frequency asymmetric coaxial supply cable, including solid sheath, which is inner metal surface of tubular central conductor of first radio-frequency coaxial supply cable, and said sheath is electrically connected with conical part formed by extra conical-cylindrical endovibrator near its cone apex, and central metal wire of second power supply cable in tubular insulating dielectric sheath extends through a hole near apex of cone of additional endovibrator and electrically connected with centre of introduced disc.

EFFECT: technical result is wider operating frequency range.
