FIELD: machine building; transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicle body front part, particularly, to a reinforcing element serving for reinforcing front bumper. Body front part design comprises an element extending across vehicle to support radiator, a reinforcing element which passes before said element and serves for reinforcing front bumper and headlights, which accordingly are attached to opposite ends of reinforcing element. Reinforcing element comprises stepped flanges, which have convex shape directed upwards, on opposite ends, and to which are attached fastening parts for headlights, and also comprises recesses which are made inside in transverse direction of stepped flanges and are located near opposite ends.
EFFECT: preventing damage of headlights located on side on which collision does not occur.
