FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to system and method for increasing general efficiency of fuel element, mainly solid oxide fuel cell, at simultaneous separation of almost pure flow CO2 for insulation or use when generating electric power for further increase overall efficiency of process. In system and method heat exchange system is used to form flow of fuel, which is returned to input of anode of fuel cell with higher molar concentration of carbon monoxide (CO) and hydrogen (H2) in fuel than initially present at output of anode of fuel element.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of fuel elements in general, as well as high reliability of their operation at reduced operating costs is technical result of invention.
