FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention generally relates to flow meters for measuring flow rate of liquid and gas. More specifically, invention relates to device and system for protection of cables, extending from ultrasonic flow meters. Disclosed is flow meter, which comprises body covered with casing containing flexible belt located at least partially around case. Casing protects transceivers and cables of transceivers. Case forms chamber between said casing and body and comprises detachable part to allow access to chamber.
EFFECT: higher protection of cables from damage with simultaneous simplification of access to them.
