FIELD: metal processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for mechanical processing of parts, primarily of low rigidity and having complex shape. Method consists in that a workpiece of a component is scanned to obtain its three-dimensional triangular model based on which is calculated matrix of rigidity of treated surface of component taking into account initial geometry of workpiece and deformation of cutting forces acting on it. Based on obtained matrix of rigidity, value of force action is determined, which is applied opposite cutting tool from opposite side of component, which guarantees residual deformation of component within tolerance for processing, and component is machined.
EFFECT: higher precision and lower labour intensity.
