FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to meteorology and can be used for measurement of spatial distribution of parameters of atmosphere. System comprises aircraft (2) with measuring equipment (4) on board, device (1) for transportation of aircraft in form of ball-probe or aerostat, as well as aircraft flight control device. Measuring equipment (4) installed onboard of aircraft (2), connected by means of communication line with ground station (3). Descent speed of aircraft, at which provides optimal mode of measuring parameters of atmosphere, is calculated with due allowance for air density and characteristics of aircraft.
EFFECT: possibility of performing measurements at heights of up to 30 km and more, higher safety of measuring equipment.
