FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of fine powders (nano- and microparticles) and can be used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical industry, electronics, in production of catalysts, polymers, coatings, pesticides, etc. Invention also relates to processes of separation and fractionation of mixtures of chemical substances and can be used in pharmaceutical, food, petrochemical and chemical industries for separating components of mixtures. Technical result is achieved by the fact that the apparatus for producing fine powders containing cavity with a solution of substance and a cavity for formation of substance particles containing anti-solvent, the solution from the cavity with a solution of substance into cavity to form particles according to the invention comprises a first restricted with walls of vertically oriented cavity with cross section of S1, the second restricted with walls of vertically oriented cavity with cross section of S2 cross-section S1 first cavity is more than cross section of S2 of the second cavity, the second cavity is located below the first cavity coaxially to it, the third confined by walls of cavity is located below the second cavity, in the first and second cavity there are respectively the first and second Pistons installed with possibility of their interconnected vertical movement, in the lower part of the second cavity there is a central hole, second and third cavity are communicated via check valve ensuring passage of the solution from the second cavity in the third through the central hole in the lower part of the second cavity above-piston space the first cavity is interconnected with hydraulic fluid source for feeding hydraulic fluid in above-piston space the first cavity, under-piston space of the second cavity is interconnected with the source solution substance, for supply of solution of substance in under-piston space of the second cavity, the S1×P1=S2×P2, where P1 is pressure in the above-piston space the first cavity, P2 is pressure in said under-piston space of the second cavity, the third cavity is interconnected with source of anti-solvent allow anti-solvent in third chamber, at the same time P2 is more than P1, and P3 is less than P2, where R3 is pressure in the third cavity. Method of producing fine powders including supply of solution of substance from the source into the cavity with anti-solvent, according to invention, supply of solution of substance into cavity with anti-solvent is vertically downwards, the solution of a substance from the cavity is performed with pressure exceeding pressure in the cavity with anti-solvent, via check valve, by means of which a cavity with solution of substance directly interconnected with cavity with anti-solvent.
EFFECT: broader functional capabilities of the device and method of producing fine powders (for different types of solutions or suspensions, for different types of anti-solvents; possibility of controlling process depending on properties of initial substances); high efficiency; simplified design and simplified procedure.
