SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to the production of composite dispersed materials used in the chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food industries, as well as in microelectronics, materials science and additive technologies. The installation for obtaining fine powders, operating according to the method for supercritical antisolvent precipitation, contains a cavity with a source of a substance, a cavity for the formation of particles of a substance with a filter connected vertically to a hydraulic multiplier through a check valve and a nozzle, as well as with an antisolvent source, a device for supplying a substance from the source to the cavity for the formation of particles by means of a hydraulic multiplier controlled through a hydraulic distributor from a source of hydraulic fluid. The supplied substance is a viscous raw material, the device for supplying the substance from the source to the cavity of the hydromultiplier consists of two or more parallel high-pressure vessels, the inlet ports of which are connected to a source of compressed CO2 with a pressure of 10-60 atm, and on the lines between the inlet port and the vessel, and shut-off valves are also installed at the outlet port and the cavity of the hydraulic multiplier.

EFFECT: expansion of the number of devices and technical methods for obtaining fine powders from viscous raw materials.
