FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a control module for return to initial state of deviation of an oscillator, to a device including such control module and to an operating and manufacturing method of such sensor. Technical result consists in improvement of characteristics of a control during the transient period caused by an exciting value of deviation of the oscillator. The control module includes a proportional-integral control for predetermined harmonic values.
