FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a control module for return to initial state of deviation of an oscillator, to a device including such control module and to an operating and manufacturing method of such sensor. Technical result consists in improvement of characteristics of a control during the transient period caused by an exciting value of deviation of the oscillator. The control module includes a proportional-integral control for predetermined harmonic values. A transfer function of the proportional-integral control for the predetermined harmonic values has a complex-conjugate pole at circular frequency ωr of the control in plane s or a pole at e ± j ω r T in plane z, with that, T is a sampling period of a discrete input signal of the proportional-integral control, and ωr>0. Circular frequency ωr of the control is chosen equal to resonant circular frequency ω0 of the oscillator. Parameters of the control are determined for example by compensation of poles and zero points.

EFFECT: control module provides for a possibility of wide-band control of harmonic oscillators in instantaneous angular speed sensors.
