FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to contactless electromagnetic gears, which contain casing with stator, first and second rotors rigidly installed on the input and output shafts, the first rotor is composed of ferromagnetic squirrel-cage which rods are fitted in ring made of nonmagnetic and nonconducting material forming teeth of the rotor, and the second rotor is located inside the first one and is made in the form of toothed magnetic core; note here that stator teeth rods of the first rotor and the second rotor are laminated with ferromagnetic thin-sheet steel. At the bottom of slots of stator and second rotor there are ferrite magnets with magnetic flow directed opposite the main magnetic flow of excitation windings installed on gear panels and connected to constant voltage source. First rotor teeth height is greater than half the width of its slots between poles, and the second rotor is made with number of teeth, equal to difference between the number of teeth of the first rotor and teeth of stator |Z2|= (Z1-Z).
EFFECT: technical result consists in design simplification, improvement of reliability.
