FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to noncontact electromagnetic reducers. Electromagnetic reduction gear comprises housing with stator with multiphase winding connected to the voltage source of controlled frequency, with the first and the second rotors rigidly installed on the input and output shafts, respectively. First rotor located coaxially with stator and is rigidly connected to the end of the input shaft, is composed of squirrel-cage, which rods inserted in rings from nonmagnetic material form teeth of this rotor. Second rotor located inside the first rotor is made in the form of toothed magnetic core with number of teeth, equal to difference between the number of teeth of the first rotor and stator poles number z2= (z1-p1). Excitation windings are installed on shields of the reduction gear and connected to constant voltage source to generate unidirectional magnetic flows in the stator and rotors. Stator teeth of the first and second rotors are manufactured as blended from ferromagnetic thin-sheet steel.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increase of transmitted power while maintaining the possibility of regulation of reduction ratio.
