SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical industry and can be used for distribution of liquid flow in exchange columns for processes of heat or mass transfer in process of cryogenic air separation. Device includes collector (61) for collection of liquid flow; mixer (64) below collector (61) for receiving and mixing collected liquid; first pipeline (66) for reception and transmission of a portion of liquid from first sector of collector (61) in first zone of mixer (64) and second pipeline (68) for reception and transmission down a portion of liquid from second sector of collector (61) to second zone of mixer (64). Geometric centre of first sector of collector (61) is offset in circumferential direction relative to geometric centre of first mixer (64) and/or geometric centre of second sector of collector (61) is offset in circumferential direction relative to geometric centre of second mixer (64). First and second sectors are geometric portions of area of upper surface of collector (61), and first and second zones represent geometric portions of volume of mixer (64).

EFFECT: invention enables to achieve high efficiency of separation.
