FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of regenerative cartridges. Disclosed is method of producing structured regenerative product. Initial reinforcing material in form of mat or band is moistened with solutions of target products, after which excess solution is squeezed on perforated plate roll. Then, impregnated reinforcing material is placed between two perforated plates and dried in vacuum chamber. First, vacuum drying is carried out without supply of heat during 15-30 minutes, after which product is subjected to infrared heating at rate of heating 5÷10 deg/min with subsequent maintenance at temperature of 125-135 °C for 10-20 minutes. Final forming is performed simultaneously with drying process.
EFFECT: higher quality when maximum oxygen content in product.
