FIELD: communication.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for determining position of object using modulated optical signal source. Summary of invention consists in fact that device contains source of modulated optical signal, photodetector, optically connected to it through signal generating device, having at least, first and second basic ares, isolated from each other and from substrate, at least first set of opposite discrete diodes formed in first and second basic areas along inner edge of each base area in line of their interface, at least, first dividing bus, signal bus, at least, first and second sources of supply, as well as current-voltage converter, filter of high frequencies, synchronous detector, integrator, generator and recording device, positive output of first power supply is connected to negative output of second power supply, thus forming first common contact, other outputs of first and second power sources are connected with first dividing bus, current-voltage converter input is connected with signal bus, output of current-voltage converter is connected to input of high-frequency filter, high-frequency filter output is connected to first input of synchronous detector, output of synchronous detector is connected to input of integrator, integrator output is connected to common contact of first and second power sources and recording device, generator output is connected to second input of synchronous detector and source of modulated optical signal, additionally, third base area is introduced, second set of opposite discrete diodes, formed in second and third basic areas along line of their division, second dividing bus created along outer edge of second basic area, third and fourth power sources, signal bus is formed in middle of third base area, positive output of third source is connected to negative output of fourth source to form second common contact, other outputs of third and fourth power supplies are connected with second dividing bus, and integrator output is connected with first and second common contacts and recording device.

EFFECT: technological result is increasing accuracy of determining position of object.
