FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry, namely to a method of heat insulation of wells, including for wells used together for separate industrial production of formation water and hydrocarbons from multilayer deposit. Method of heat exchange reduction in the well at development of multilayer deposit is performed by temperature control of column in the range from possible beginning of crystallization process up to wellhead due to formation of closed sealed annular space between conductor and the production column, connected via wellhead with inner space of the production column. Temperature control is performed by vacuum creation in the formed closed sealed annular space due to the injection by jet pump located in the wellhead bracing using well product as a working fluid.

EFFECT: technical result consists in prevention of salt formation during operation of oil and gas condensate wells with dual production of hydrocarbons and formation of industrial waters of multilayer deposit as well as reducing operating costs.
