FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry, namely to technology of construction of deep wells, extraction of gas and gas condensate, in conditions of availability of high-pressure formations saturated with strong brines. Method comprises drilling and fastening on high-pressure formation saturated with strong brines, further, the high-pressure formation is fixed with the high-strength casing with the reusable coupling of the hydraulic fracturing of the formation, which is installed in the bottom of the high-pressure formation. Cementing is performed to the high pressure bed bottom. After completion of drilling, the target gas bed is forced to call influx from the high-pressure formation by forced injection of low-mineralized brine into the annular space of the production string into the high-pressure formation for absorption. After the annular space is completely replaced with low-mineralized brine, the pressure and output of the high-pressure formation are discharged into the working mode by self-pouring with a strong brine at temperature of 45-60 °C while simultaneously heating the production string. If necessary, in the bottomhole zone there performed is creation of hydraulic fracturing of productive gas formation due to energy of high-pressure formation saturated with strong brines, by redirecting the flow from annular space into the tubing string through the wellhead, and further work is performed to launch the main gas bed into production.

EFFECT: enabling bringing the well to the project face and ensuring trouble-free efficient extraction of gas and gas condensate and strong brine with preventing formation of crystalline hydrates and using energy of the high-pressure formation.
