FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, in particular to safety devices safety systems in emergency situations. Automatic safety device comprises system of sensors and protected object, which is connected with actuator for actuation of which a signal with the control device made in the form of the electric valve, the body of which is located vertically. Inside the electric valve case, coaxially to it, there is a piston fixed in standby state retainer in the form of annealed wire. At actuation of the electric valve piston functions as a cutter for said retainer. Electric valve is connected to dangerous zone probing system comprising sensors, set to excess of maximum allowable concentrations of chemically hazardous substances present in this zone, and a probe is set to excess of maximum permissible levels of radioactive substances, signals from which are transmitted to the common microprocessor, processing these signals and generating control signal for connection of the electric valve. Actuator is used chemical air-foam fire extinguisher. Fire extinguisher is filled with water-alkaline solution and contains located inside the housing polyethylene container with acid mixture and mounted on the cover of stop-start device. Fire extinguisher is equipped with foam generator. Fire extinguisher is placed on the platform equipped with mechanisms of rotation around the axis of the fire extinguisher and its movement along the vertical line. Operation of these mechanisms is synchronized with sensor of infrared radiation. Foam generator comprises a body, distributing and guiding device. Latter consists of inner and outer generating grids. Grid are made in the form of coaxial truncated conical surfaces, having one common base in the form of a first rigid ring round profile connected by means of at least three spokes arranged along generating lines of external truncated conical surface, with one of bases of cylindrical shell connected with diffuser distribution device. Distributing device includes a housing and fixed on the housing of diffuser with holes for air suction. Inside the diffuser, on its end, opposite inlet Union of the housing. There is a spray socket. Socket is fixed on the diffuser by means of at least three radial and inclined relative to axis of diffuser retaining pins. Spray socket has concave blades.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of process equipment protection from emergencies by increasing the efficiency and reliability of system operation.
