FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: emergency security system is additionally equipped with a backup security element in the form of an anti-explosion panel with an emergency warning system containing a metal armored frame with a metal armored cover and a lead filler which has four fixed branch pipes - supports at the ends, and four supporting rods are rigidly embedded in cover of the explosive object and telescopically inserted into the fixed pipe-supports of the panel, the filler is made in the form dispersion air-lead system. Lead is made in the form of crumbs, and support rods are made elastic. A damping element designed for damping the impact loads of the panel against the stop sheets is attached to fix the extreme position of the panel to the ends of the supporting elastic rods with the stop sheets. It is oppositely attached to the panel and directed towards its side, and made in the form of volumetric body with inner cavity and surfaces equidistant to the surfaces of the panel. Its internal cavity is filled with dispersed air-lead system, and lead is made in the form of spherical crumbs. Emergency warning system with safety indicator consists of "weak link" fastening unit located in safety system of explosion hazard object responding to occurrence of emergency situation, made, for example, in the form of a safety indicator fixed between flanges, which are rigidly fixed on the upper part of the armored metal skin of the metal frame of the anti-explosion panel, and in the upper part of the coverage of the explosion hazard object at the opening intended for depressurization of excessive pressure, wherein the safety indicator consists of a sensor responding to deformation, for example, a resistance strain gauge, which output is connected to signal amplifier, for example, a strain amplifier, and the output of the strain amplifier is connected to the input of the device of emergency situation warning system.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of process equipment protection against emergencies by improved performance and reliability of system activation.
