SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, in particular to protecting devices of safety systems for explosive equipment. This is achieved by the fact that in automatic protecting device of safety systems in emergency situations, containing sensors system of dangerous zone probing system which comprises sensors, set to excess of maximum allowable concentrations of chemically hazardous substances present in this zone, and maximum permissible levels of radioactive substances, as well as an infrared radiation sensor, notifying a case of fire, signal from any of the sensors is transmitted to the common microprocessor processing these signals and generating control signal to the actuating device, including emergency ventilation, system safety in emergency situations is additionally equipped with backup safety component, made in the form of explosion proof panel with emergency warning system, comprising metal armor-plated frame with metal armor plating and lead as filler, having four fixed supporting pipes fitted at its end faces, four load-bearing bars telescopically fitted in said pipes are rigidly embedded in explosive structure coating, filler is implemented as the disperse system "air - lead”, and the lead is granulated, and load-bearing bars are made flexible, extra elements damping effect of shock wave are secured to load-bearing bar end faces on the side facing to the metal frame, between the extra elements and metal frame with armored metal plating on the load-bearing bars there are bushes from easily destructible material, for example glass of triplex type, emergency warning system with safety indicator consists of fastener assembly of "weak link" in the safety system of explosive object responding to occurrence of emergency situation, made, for example, as a safety indicator, fixed between flanges, which are rigidly fixed on the upper part of the armored metal plating of the metal frame of the explosion proof panel, and on the upper part of the explosive object coating next to the opening intended to release excess pressure, safety indicator consists of a sensor responding to deformation, for example, resistive strain gauge, output of which is connected to signal amplifier, for example, a strain amplifier, and the output of the strain amplifier is connected to the input of the emergency warning system.
EFFECT: technical result is increased efficiency of process equipment protection from emergencies owing to raised performance and reliability of system actuation.
