FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of producing a substance containing a sample of living cells in a granule. Method involves mixing of a first sample of agarose with live cells to form a suspension, transfer of suspension to a first sample of mineral oil to form granules, extraction of granules from first sample, removal of mineral oil with granules, transfer of granules to a second agarose solution, coating granules second agarose solution, extraction of granules from second solution and dosing granules with coating into second sample of mineral oil. Mineral oil sample is kept at temperature gradient, so that said granule moves in mineral oil in direction from a higher temperature from 20 to 30 °C, to lower temperature, from 0 to -8 °C.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain granules with a more homogeneous shape, as well as process automation.
