SUBSTANCE: functional structure of axial back-and-forth turning of electromagnetic retainer of medical and diagnostic tool in the toroidal surgical robot system comprises a drive with reduction gear for axial rotation, on the rotor of which a gear is fixed, and it is functionally connected with the turning gear, common housing of robot system with linear drives, on extension part of which with possibility of turning there is a sequence of housings of extension elements fore turning by corresponding drive with a reduction gear, and in them the second-to-last housing turn drive is functionally connected to the first part of the last housing of extension elements, which includes a turning gear functionally connected with the drive of axial rotation of the second part of the last housing of extension elements, and at its end there is a drive secured with a reduction gear and a gear, which is functionally connected with the turning gear of housings retaining medical tools; wherein common housing of robotic system has a toroidal shape with inner extension part with spherical cover with possibility of lifting, coaxially to which in its lower part is fixed a tool table with possibility of reciprocal turning and with electromagnetic devices for retention of medical instruments, herewith several linear drives, in which the extending part is directed vertically upward, are arranged regularly in a circle in the lower part of the common housing, and their lower parts are fixed on a common plate or individual plate with possibility of reciprocating turning inside toroidal common housing of robot system, herewith the drive with axial turn reduction gear is fixed at the beginning of the second part of the last housing of extension elements, while its rotor by means of a bearing is secured between two halves of the first part of the last housing of extension elements, where the axial rotation gear of the second part of the last housing of extension elements is fixed as well as a rod with a longitudinal aperture with thread, in which the axial rod thread with the turning gear is fixed, which is located in the last but one housing and is functionally connected with a drive of turning reduction gear of this housing of extension elements.
