SUBSTANCE: functional structure of axial back-and-forth turning of electromagnetic retainer of medical and a diagnostic tool in toroidal surgical robot system, in which a common housing of robot system has toroidal shape with inner sliding part with spherical cover configured for lifting, coaxially to which in its lower part is fixed a tool table with possibility of reciprocal turning and with electromagnetic devices for retention of medical instruments, wherein multiple linear drives, in which sliding part is directed vertically upward, are arranged regularly in a circle in lower part of common housing and in their lower parts are fixed on a common plate or separate plate with possibility of reciprocating turning inside toroidal common housing of robot system, wherein first drive with reduction gear for axial turning is fixed at beginning of second part of last housing of sliding elements, where bearings of axial rod of turning gear are also attached and they are fixed between two halves in beginning of second part of last housing of sliding elements, and end part of axial rod of first turning gear is fixed in orthogonal hole of turning rod, which is fixed in first part of last housing, where in turning rod there is an axial longitudinal hole with thread, in which is fixed with turning gear axial rod thread, which is positionally located at end of second part of last but one housing and is functionally connected with drive with reduction turning gear of first and second parts of last housing of sliding elements, and at beginning of second part of last but one housing of sliding elements is fixed second drive with reduction gear for axial turning, where bearings of axial rod of second turning gear are also fixed, wherein axial rod of second turning gear is fixed in orthogonal hole with axial rod of first part of last but one housing of sliding elements.
EFFECT: invention can be used in various medical procedures.
