SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and can be used in various medical procedures. Functional structure of axial reciprocating turn of electromagnetic retainer of a medical and diagnostic tool in toroidal surgical robot system, comprising drive with reduction gear for axial rotation, on rotor of which is fixed a gear, and it is functionally connected with turning gear, common housing of robot system with linear drives, on sliding part of which with possibility of turning there is a sequence of housings of extension elements turned by corresponding drive with reduction gear and therein drive for turning last but one housing is functionally connected to first part of last housing of extension elements, which includes a drive with a gear for axial rotation of second part of last housing of extension elements by means of gear for axial rotation, in end of second part of last housing of extension elements there is a drive with a reduction gear, which is functionally connected with gear for turning housings to retain medical instruments, common housing of robot system has a toroidal shape with inner sliding part with spherical cover configured for lifting, coaxial to which in its lower part is fixed a tool table with possibility of reciprocal turning and with electromagnetic retention devices for medical instruments, multiple linear drives, in which extending part is directed vertically upward, and they are arranged regularly on a circle in lower part of common housing and their lower parts are fixed on a common or separate plate with possibility of reciprocating turning inside toroidal common housing of robot system, rotor with drive gear for axial rotation with reduction gear by means of bearing is secured between two halves of second part of last housing of extension elements, where gear for axial rotation of second part of last housing of extension elements is fixed, in first part of last housing of extension elements there is a rod with a longitudinal hole with a thread, in which is fixed thread of axial rod with turn gear, which is located in last but one housing and functionally connected with gear of drive with reduction gear for turning.
