FIELD: metal processing.
SUBSTANCE: present invention proposes a method of producing metal part with flange and can be used for soldered joint with ceramic part, in which coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) much lower than that of metal article. Method involves (a) application of first solid solder on first part of metal article, (b) winding of first part of metal article with section of limiting metal element in form of wire and (c) heating unit from metal article, limiting metal element and first solid solder to higher than solidus temperature of first solid solder, as a rule, to 300-2,500 °C, to produce a metal part with a flange, wherein coefficient of thermal expansion of metal article (CTE1) is greater than that of metal limiting element (CTE2) by 10-300 %.
EFFECT: technical result of invention is minimising negative effect of difference in CTE OF connected metal and ceramic parts.
