FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: turbine engine component repair method includes layer-by-layer fabrication of the workpiece by means of selective melting of powder containing mixture of solder material and base material, identical or similar to material of said component, and connection of workpiece to component of turbine engine by diffusion soldering. Solder material is a nickel-based alloy containing the following in wt. %: 18–22 cobalt, 4–5 silicon, 2.7–3.15 boron and 0 to 0.06 carbon. Workpiece has mounting surface intended for soldering to repairable component. When heated to heat fluxes causing melting, powder has main peak of phase transformation of solder material with maximum amplitude of heat flow and secondary peaks of phase transformation of solder material with smaller amplitude of heat flux. Amplitude of heat flux of said main peak of phase transformation of solder material used for production of billet is at least twice greater than that of corresponding heat fluxes of secondary peaks of phase transformation of solder material, wherein solder material additionally contains chromium to limit cracking of components during cooling thereof.
