FIELD: data processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to geodesy, in particular, to methods of balancing geodetic networks. Method of balancing geodetic networks from quadrangles involves determination of directional angle sides of network, calculation of preliminary coordinates of points with sequential angular serif by Gauss formulas, composition of conditional equation of directional angle, as a result of which correction in azimuth angles sides network and then coordinates of points are determined. In available circuit, in which points A, 1, 2, …, n, B are initial, which coordinates are determined with sufficiently high precision. Within network angular measurements are conducted to find azimuth angles of network sides in each square. With using of gyrotheodolites these directional angles can be measured. Then sequential angular serif by Gauss formula preliminary coordinates of points 1.1, 1.2, …, 1.(n-1) can be calculated.
EFFECT: more accurate balancing of geodetic networks by introduction of corrections in azimuth angles in compliance with compiled conditional equation of directional angles.
