FIELD: geodesy, construction industry. SUBSTANCE: for layout and erection of submerging aggregate in the form of cylindrical jacket of multiple usage composed of rings which inner and outer surfaces have marked dots for which design coordinates are calculated center and axes of support are brought out to artificial island by method of angular intersection. After completion of erection of jacket actual coordinates of dots are determined. In this case graphical adjustment of coordinates of dots is conducted on plotting board with the use of tracing paper with design circumference. New positions of dots corresponding to design ones are marked on inner surface of jacket from which layout and test of design positions of center and axes of support are carried out.
