FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices with one-way valves with variable volume and anti-spattering facilities and/or storage chambers with variable volume and can be used for delivery of medicines or other rare and expensive substances. Dispensing device comprises first part containing storage chamber, designed for storage of substance in it, outlet communicated with storage chamber, and elongated, substantially circular valve seat. Dispensing device also contains second part making sealing facility made to seal inner part of storage chamber relative to outer atmosphere with second part engaged with first part. Second part comprises long, in fact, annular flexible valve element for engagement of sealed valve seat with second part engaged with first part to form one-way valve. Valve forms elongated, in fact, circular, normally closed valve suture between valve seat and valve element. Inlet hole on one end of seam, outlet hole positioned at distance relative to inlet hole on other end of seam, and pressure at valve opening. Valve element is moved relative to substance in inlet hole, increasing pressure at valve opening between first and second positions. In first position valve element and valve seat form normally closed suture. In second position, at least section of valve element, located at some distance from valve seat allows substance pass through seam from inlet hole through outlet hole of dispenser. Dispenser according to second version comprises first facility for connection of second facility for storage of substance in it. Besides, dispensing device comprises third facility to seal inner part of second facility relative to ambient atmosphere with third facility engaged with first facility. Third facility also serves for connection of fourth facility for sealed engagement of fifth facility of first facility with third facility engaged with first facility for formation of sixth facility having normally closed seventh facility. Seventh facility comprises long annular normally closed valve suture. Fourth facility is also configured to move in response to substance in inlet hole in seventh facility for increasing pressure at valve opening of sixth facility from first position, which forms normally closed seventh facility into second position to allow passage of substance through sixth facility of dispenser. Method of making dispenser envisages providing for first part containing storage chamber, designed for storage of substance in it. First part also comprises outlet communicated with storage chamber, and elongated annular valve seat. Method of making also envisages providing for second part forming fitment and long annular flexible valve element. Then, engagement of first and second parts together and sealing inner part of storage chamber relative to external atmosphere by closing facility. Besides, valve element is applied on valve seat and formation of oblong ring, normally closed valve seam between valve seat and valve element.

EFFECT: reduction of costs and simplified design, reduced time-consuming, high functionality and improved quality of product at relatively low cost.
