SUBSTANCE: method comprises decontaminating a device comprising a sealed chamber and configured to penetrate by a filling needle through partition in fluid communication. The needle penetrates through the partition, injects the substance into the chamber and exits the partition. The liquid sealant is then heated and applied to the partition area where the penetration was carried out. Radiation or energy is applied to the liquid sealant to cure it. The unit for method implementation comprises a conveyor for transporting the above-described device, a decontamination station, a filling station, comprising a filling or injecting element connected or configured to be connected by a fluid communication with a source of a substance for filling the device chamber. Moreover, the element and the device are movable relative to each other inside the filling station for penetrating the element through the partition, supplying the substance to the device chamber and removing the element from the partition. The unit also includes a re-sealing station located downstream of the filling station, consisting of a take-away device for the liquid sealant connected to a source of liquid sealant for heating it and applying the heated liquid sealant to the partition area. The inventions also include versions of the method and unit.
