SUBSTANCE: invention relates to improvements in die casting and, in particular, to method and device for producing of made by two-component pressure casting articles with complex asymmetrical geometric shape. Method involves formation of obtained by pressure casting of multilayer article containing outer lining of first material and core of second material, surrounded by outer skin. First and second materials molded in form of single flow in mold for casting under pressure, wherein second material is surrounded by first material. Stream flow is controlled by ducts inside mold for casting so that both first and second materials, at least one first area of mold for casting, and only first material present in at least one second area of mold for casting. Channels comprise at least one main channel in first area of mold for casting, which is divided into at least two secondary ducts. Resistance of first from secondary channels in at least one first area of mold for casting is reduced in comparison with resistance of second of two secondary channels located at least in second area of mold for casting.

EFFECT: higher quality of finished articles.
