FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: seed grain is processed in low-frequency electromagnetic field with frequency of 6-19 Hz. Electromagnetic radiation power is controlled and individually adjusted for each section. Device for preplanting treatment of sowing material includes master generator, four low-frequency signal generation channels, thereof inputs are connected to output of master generator, and outputs to circuits for monitoring and control of radiation power. Electromagnetic wave radiation source consists of four inductance coils. Each inductance coil is connected to output of corresponding circuit for monitoring and control of radiation power. Connection of coils and structural design allows posting on distance up to 40 m from each other. Circuits for monitoring and control of radiation power are provided with led displays.

EFFECT: raised efficiency of seed grain processing in order to improve its germination rate, accelerate ripening, and increase yields.
