SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural production. Method for pre-sowing seed treatments is offered, including the electromagnetic radiation and a magnetic field effect on seeds. In this case, the effect is carried out sequentially by electromagnetic radiation at the line frequency of 129 GHz oxygen absorption spectrum for 30 minutes and then by an alternating magnetic field with induction of 25 mT at frequency of 2 Hz for one hour.
EFFECT: method provides high efficiency of seed germination stimulation.
