FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing seed material to electromagnetic field with frequency corresponding to resonance frequency causing intralobular transformations in seed material at conformance oscillations (in particular, 8-19 Hz frequency range). Apparatus has low- frequency electromagnetic oscillation source and emitter electrically connected with mentioned source. Emitter is positioned so that radiation is directed to seed material. Frequency may be regulated within the range of 8-17 Hz. Radiated signal shape may be regulated to correspond intralobular transformations in seed material.
