SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of technological preparation of production. Hand tool for material cutting comprises a knife with a cutting edge, handle, rollers. Handle is longitudinally mounted on the knife. Rollers are installed on both sides of the knife on a common axis perpendicular to the knife plane. Each roller is equipped with a ring. Rings are of different outside diameters. Additional distance sleeve is located on a common aix of the rollers. Sleeve is mounted between the side surface of the roller with a large diameter ring and the plane of the knife. Cutting edge of the knife is made straight to the plane of material cutting. Along the cutting edge of the knife a row of holes is made.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is reduction of cutting force and extension of tool life between sharpening resharpening, as well as reduction of the size of the tool and creation of convenience in operation.
