EXHAUST GAS CLEANING SYSTEM OF VEHICLE EMERGENCY SERVICE Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC F01N3/31 F01N13/00 F02D41/22 F02D45/00

Abstract RU 2592157 C2

FIELD: ecology; machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in vehicle exhaust gases cleaning system of emergency service. System (20) cleaning exhaust gases of the vehicle emergency service comprises a notification (52A), (53), (53A), a unit for determining (33), a module (25) and the main filter (42M). Notification unit (52A), (53), (53A) notifies that the vehicle emergency service is sent to an emergency call. Determination unit (33) determines the operating mode of engine (10). Module (25) controls motor (10) on the basis of the operating mode of the engine. Main filter (42M) collects solid particles contained in exhaust gas of engine (10). Module (25) control integration amount of solid particles, collected by means of the main filter, based on operating mode of engine (10). Module (25) control recovery for combustion of solid particles, collected by means of the main filter (42M), when integrated collected amount of solid particles exceeds a given number and, simultaneously, when satisfied conditions for regeneration. Module (25) of control is configured to convert the state of engine (10) in the state of limiting output power, which is limited by the engine output power when the regeneration process is not performed for a long period, and the amount of solid particles, collected by means of the main filter (42M), exceeds the first specified quantity which exceeds the specified quantity. Module (25) control forced withdrawal of the state of limiting output power of engine (10) when vehicle emergency service is sent to an emergency call and when the state of engine represents a state of engine output power limitation.

EFFECT: faster reach place accident, if the number of solid particles, assembled filter is collected amount, which require limiting output power of engine.
