FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices of hopper railroad cars unloading control. Device for opening and closing covers of hopper railroad car unloading hatches with one or several pairs of hoppers (7) comprises lengthwise shaft (3) kinematically connected with the unloading hatches covers, a pneumatic drive and manual drive (12). In manual drive worm pairs shafts are arranged vertically able to be fixed when disengaged. On the side of the car at the manual drives control side there is the lengthwise shaft installed with thrusts and a fixing device limiting the shaft rotation. Thrusts are installed opposite to the axes of fixers of each manual drive locking devices to prevent unlocking the worm pairs shafts. On a bracket secured on the car hopper there is a fixing device containing a vertical transverse wall with a slit, in which a turning handle is inserted fixed on the longitudinal shaft bracket. After the rotary handle is fixed a locking and sealing device is installed through holes in the latch hook and in the transverse wall.

EFFECT: invention accelerates opening due to integral locking of all manual drives.
