FIELD: railway transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport, in particular to design of loading hatches in freight cars and their filling. Hopper car includes running gears (1), automatic coupling devices (2), frame (3) and body (4) consisting of two side (5) and two end (6) walls, hoppers (7) equipped with unloading hatches (8), roof (9) equipped with loading hatches (10), and locking mechanism (11) and sealing (12) of loading hatch cover (10). The loading hatch filling mechanism includes a horizontal tie-rod mounted in the guide brackets of the locking mechanism fixed to the car roof. The horizontal tie-rod is pivotally connected through a lever with a vertical tie-rod comprising bars fixing the locking mechanism interacting with the bracket secured to the car frame. The lower part of the vertical thrust and the bracket comprise openings for interacting with each other. The bracket comprises two slots. The engagement of the lower portion of the vertical thrust with the lower slot corresponds to the closed position of the mechanism, and the engagement of the lower portion of the vertical thrust with the upper slot corresponds to the open position of the mechanism. The vertical thrust position in the bracket slots defines the extreme positions of the bolts corresponding to the closed positions.
EFFECT: the invention improves the ease of operation of the hopper car while maintaining reliability and simplicity of the design.
