FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to production of composite moulded membrane based on inorganic natural silicates and can be used in chemical, food, pharmaceutical and other industries, where purification of solutions which require disinfection is needed. Method involves milling a mixture of primary components, preparing suspension, its drying and annealing. Dried suspension is ground, sieved and then the fraction with particle size of not more than 0.1 mm is extracted, it is formed by pressing at pressure of 1.0-3.0 t/cm2, annealing is performed at 500-600 °C, and the following components are used as initial components, wt%: zeolite 20-25, 1.5 % solution of chitosan in 2 % acetic acid 1-3, SiO2 20-25, 64 % aqueous solution of Na2SiO3 40-50 concentrated aqueous solution of ZrOCl2·12 H2O 3-9, 1 % solution of AgNO3 0.5-1.
EFFECT: technical result: creation of an energy-saving method for manufacture of moulded ceramic membranes with high mechanical strength, having a disinfecting action to treat contaminated effluents.
