FIELD: electroplating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electroplating and can be used for surface treatment of bioresorbable magnesium implants during their manufacture for traumatology, orthopedics and various types of plastic surgery. The method includes microarc oxidation (MAO) of the implant in an alkaline electrolyte containing calcium, phosphorus and sodium compounds, while the electrolyte contains tricalcium phosphate powder and/or wollastonite powder as a modifying component and has the following composition, g/l: sodium hydrogen phosphate (Na2HPO4·12H2O) 30-50, sodium silicate (Na2SiO3) 10-15, sodium hydroxide (NaOH) 5-10, tricalcium phosphate powder (β-Ca3(PO4)2) and/or wollastonite powder (CaSiO3) 30-50, water is the rest. MAO is carried out in anodic potentiostatic mode with the following parameters: voltage 400-500 V, pulse duration 100 mcs, pulse repetition rate 50 Hz, for 10 min.
EFFECT: obtaining a biocoating on magnesium alloy implants, modified with tricalcium phosphate and/or wollastonite microparticles, evenly distributed over the surface for successful osseointegration and reducing the bioresorption rate of the magnesium implant.
