FIELD: packaging.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a multilayer sheet intended for use as a breakable upper shell of a blister packaging, including a base layer of an aluminum sheet, and concerns a multilayer sheet, a blister packaging and a method for its manufacture. The multilayer sheet for use as a breakable upper shell for a blister packaging includes: a layer of aluminum sheet base with a thickness of less than 20 mcm and/or subjected to annealing; at least one bonding layer consisting of, including, essentially consisting of or obtained based on polyolefin; an alloying layer consisting of, including, essentially consisting of or obtained based on composite polyester or polypropylene. The alloying layer and the bonding layer are co-extruded onto the sheet base layer in such a way that at least one bonding layer is located between the sheet base layer and the alloying layer, wherein the alloying layer is attached to the sheet base layer by means of at least one bonding layer, and the total surface density of at least one bonding layer and the alloying layer is less than or equal to 16 g/m2. The method for manufacturing a multilayer sheet and a blister packaging includes a stage of coating co-extrusion, which is performed simultaneously with the extrusion lamination of a paper layer.
EFFECT: invention provides for the manufacture of a multilayer sheet with mechanical properties suitable for use as an upper shell of a breakable blister packaging.
