FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to refining heavy hydrocarbon material by its treatment with electromagnetic radiation with the frequency of 57-65 MHz and the power of 0.2-1.0 kW at the temperature of 50-70 °C and the pressure of 0.2-0.6 MPa for 3-7 hours, followed by catalytic cracking of the processed material at the temperature of 480-520 °C in presence of zeolite-containing catalyst with an additive consisting of the carrier containing aluminium gamma-oxide 20-80 wt% and structured mesoporous silicon oxide - the rest up to 100 wt%., and lanthanum applied on the carrier in the amount of 0.5-25 wt%. from the latter, with further separation of products obtained during the catalytic cracking.
EFFECT: proposed method allows to reduce concentration of sulphur compounds in liquid products at high outputs of gasoline and diesel fractions, reduce gas formation, reduce coking of catalyst and increase cetane number of diesel fraction.
