FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: circuit breaker includes first (1) and second (2) contacts, moving relative to each other between open position in which contacts are located at distance from each other, and closed position, in which contacts are in electrical contact with each other. First contact includes one or more contact elements (3), which can be in electrical contact with second contact when contacts in closed position, and mesh (8) made from metal, located in thermal contact with contact elements. Mesh is located so that at least partially surround contact elements, which enables to remove heat from contact elements to mesh.
EFFECT: increased permissible values of current load by increasing heat dissipation in points of moving contact connection.
