FIELD: electronic engineering. SUBSTANCE: oscillator has interpin structure of cavity for type M slow wave. Oscillator anode has top, middle, and bottom resonance discs. Top disc has downward stretched guide members and assigns the top resonance chamber; bottom disc has upward stretched guide members and assigns the bottom resonance chamber. Top and bottom resonance chambers are spaced apart by middle resonance disc that has upward and downward stretched guide members. Emitter placed between cathode heater and anode passes thermal electrons to working space when it is warmed up by heater. Upward stretched guide members of middle disc engage guide members of top disc in interpin coupling manner like clutched fingers of hands.
