FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to volumetric machines of piston type. Method consists in the fact that at the piston reciprocation there are suction, compression and delivery of gas to the consumer with simultaneous compression of lubricant-coolant in the case of the machine at downward stroke of the piston and the liquid supply into the gap between the piston and the cylinder via feeding circular slits in the cylinder and into the cylinder itself in the end of the suction stroke and the start of the compression stroke. In the end of the piston upward stroke the machine case is connected with the atmosphere. Machine consists of cylinder 1 with piston 2 installed in it with a gap with the motion mechanism, arranged in partially filled with lubricant-coolant 6 cavity 7 of case 8. In cylinder 1 there are bushings 9, 10 and 11, which, when in contact, form feeding circular slits 12 with their rough end surfaces. Outer circle of slits 12 is connected to cavity 7 through automatic check valve 13 and channel 14 connected to case 8 below the liquid level 15. Cylinder 1 has through hole 29, which serves for connection of free from the liquid cavity 7 of case 8 to the atmosphere with piston 2 position in the upper dead point.
EFFECT: invention has good resource of non-stop operation, high efficient performance.
